RULES AND REGULATIONS :-

One month advance and one month deposit is mandatory. In the last month of your stay, your deposit will be utilized for rent settlement. If there is any due amount from our end we will handover to you.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in Non Smoking Rooms.

* You are responsible for your own belongings.

* If there is any kind of damage either to the amenities or to the property, respective person or the people will have to bear the price.

* Rent only covers your stay, electricity & water. A/C is not included in the rent, there are separate meters for each and every A/C, you need to pay as per your meter reading.

* Rent of every month to be paid as per your check in date there should not be any delay

* In case if you wish to leave before completing your duration of stay you need to notify us as early as possible or at least One Month prior, before 5th date of that month. If you fail to inform us within the mentioned time frame your deposit will not be refunded to you.

*Guests are not allowed at all

*Google form provided by the owner should be filled after booking

*Electricity bill is included , but AC bill is not included it is split between you and your roommates is sharing , if private room then you have to pay full bill
